This popular bulletin, first issued in 2010, was revised because the Earth's human population is now 8 billion and projections to the year 2100 have changed. Water cycle information is now from a reference published in 2019. The bulletin has seven sections: Introduction, Assessing Environmental Impact on the Atmospheric Water Reservoir, Quantifying the Direct Environmental Impact of Dehumidifiers and Air-Conditioners on the Atmospheric Water Reservoir, Precipitation Enhancement, Indirect Environmental Impacts, Conclusion, and References. The document may be downloaded (free) from the CanDew Shop.
